One record everyone can trust
The venue and the concessionaire read the same numbers, from the same source.

Gate counts, stand throughput and walk-aways are measured by camera on the venue's own box. Per-cap comes from the stand-level settlement export the concessionaire already produces. Neither side hands the other a credential, and settlement starts from one sheet instead of two.

The venue signs the pilot. The concessionaire's only ask is the nightly export it already generates.
